Well tonight deserves a reel of its own. I can honestly say this was an experience that none of us will ever forget . In the beauty of our Puglian Trulli Villa we had the lovely Veronica and her mum Antonia come and teach us a true Puglian meal. Together as a family we created Foccacia, Ricotta and Passata Orecchiette, Bombetta, baked Potatoes, fried Zucchini and Sugared Almonds. To create this amazing feast as a family and them to sit and enjoy it in this surreal setting was truly heartwarming. We cannot thank Veronica and Antonia enough and @trulli_fantese4 Constantino for organising for us.
